DJ Food & DK – Bodytonic Podcast 065

This audiovisual mixtape was scooped up via @NinjaMixDump, my fave resource of mixtapes and beyond, and is off the proverbial chain.

DJ Food & DK showcase their impressive AV mix which took months to create.

Coined as “video turntablism”, the duo perform live on 4 decks and 3 mixers using Serato’s Video-SL plug-in for Scratch Live.

Comes highly recommended for anyone with an interest in audiovisuals, solid mixes, electronica, d’n'b etc. Maybe a bit too much cgi and d’n'b – in comparison to the most educational and nutter DJ Food mixtures for my current taste – but still maddening and head-knod educing like only a few can in the decade-dipping dj scene.
